Vintage MARX Light Tower & Control Tower - Pressed Steel Model Toy Railroad

This is a lot of 2 vintage MARX toy train accessories. I'm not positive if these are prewar or not? I did see some for sale that mention they are prewar.
The light tower (or yard light) is complete. It is made out of pressed steel and is in very nice condition. There is a little bit of wear to the black paint on the base but everything else is pretty nice. Measures 10.5" tall.
The control tower has a lithographed tin building with pressed steel tower base. I believe this lights up. Measures 9.5" tall. There is a red celluloid covering that goes behind the window. It does look like there is a small crack on the bottom right side.
