New Old Stock (NOS) in the manufactures plastic bag as shown.  Purchased in bulk therefore no other original packaging.
This is a new sprocket drive, the sprocket drive end has part number 20-00300-A (
CRB2BW20-90DZ)
.  This is a double shafted actuator connected to a sprocket drive assembly.  There are TWO (2) part numbers to choose from, one rotates the sprocket in one direction the other part number rotates the sprocket in the opposite direction, both use the same
CRB2BW20-90DZ actuator
.  The shaft is 6mm in diameter.  We are not sure what the application is/was for the sprocket drive as most of our previous stock was sold for the actuators alone.  All are new.
NOTE:
The direction of the arrow shows the direction that the sprocket "freewheels/freespins", if the arrow is pointing to the right (actuator on top) the wheel would free-spin in the Counter-Clockwise direction as viewed from the actuator end.  We have both Clock-wise and Counter-Clock-wise models available.
With the actuator on the top, the 20-00141-L has the arrow that points to the right, the 20-00141-R has the arrow that points to the left.
Again, the sprocket "free-spins" in the direction of the arrow.   If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.

Description
Series CRB2-Z, single or double vane, rotary actuator is available in 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 bore. The single vane style use specially designed seals and stoppers which enable this compact type actuator to rotate up to 270 degrees. Double vane type is standardized for 90 and 100 degrees.
