Up for auction is a Postwar Lionel #45N Gateman House and #145C Controller. This lot includes the gateman house and the 145C controller. The gateman house is in good condition. There are a few scratches/marks in the paint, and the unit is a bit dusty. Overall, the colors are vibrant and the man is still inside. The gateman house has not been tested.
