The item available here is a new Parker pneumatic rotary actuator
.  It comes as shown in new condition with only very light shelf wear.  There are two of them initially available (see last picture) and they are being sold individually.
This item has not been tested and comes with a 30 day return policy from the date the item was shipped, EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  Postage is not covered.
