Marx 1829 Steam Locomotive Shell & Parts

Description

Offered here is a Used 1950's vintage Marx 1829 Steam Locomotive shell with attached driver arms, weight & working headlight & wire. NO MOTOR or WHEELS. Ready for a new Motor & Wheels. (see photos).
Even though this Marx 1829 Engine shell is equipped with engineer window shades, it is a non-smoking version of the Marx 1829 and has no smoke unit but instead a larger weight mounted up in the smoke box behind the headlight held in place via a screw to the body shell (see photo).
Additional Used Marx 1829 parts included in this sale are:
Marx 1829 Front and Rear Trucks with attached wheels & their respective attachment screws.(see photos)
Both sets of Marx 1829 driver rods and their accompanying screws & spacers. (see photos)
All these parts are being sold as a set and can be used to assemble a complete Marx 1829 Steam engine if you add an appropriate working Marx 1829 Motor with attached 6 wheel driver set (these items are not included).
Any or all of these parts can also be used to repair, maintain or replace any part of a working Marx 1829 that you may already own.
The original motor & driver wheels on this engine sadly were no longer functional and had to be removed & discarded but I would like to see the rest of the remaining parts of this beautiful Marx 1829 used to bring another Marx 1829 back to full operation providing enjoyment and good memories.
