Up for sale is a
Guaranteed Authentic Duke Snider Autographed Gold Hall Of Fame Plaque.
Duke Snider was one of the top all-around players in the 1940's-1960's and he passed away in 2011 at the age of 84.
This is a must have for the Duke Snider or the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers fan and would make a great gift as well.
Back in the late 1990's my father ran a charity silent auction for the United Way of Illinois and wrote to a number of famous athletes including many baseball Hall of Famers and requested that they sign a few Gold Hall of Fame Plaques and some 3" x 5" index cards.  Many of them responded back and the event was a big success.  A few people didn't end up paying and there were some plaques that were left over and have been sitting in a box for over 20 years now.
There is no certificate of authenticity but I have personally been collecting Baseball Hall of Fame Autographed Plaques since 1982 and can verify that these are 100% authentic.
Please note that it's a Scenic Art Postcard copywrite 1997.
