This is a blank, the same stock that Stiffi used to make their barrels.  The inner bore is polished, and it is a stepped bore.  That means that the back of the tube has a slightly smaller bore than the tip of the barrel.  It is ported, as well.  Finish on the outside is raw.  Brand new.
This could be used to make a barrel, a feed tube for your stock class paintball gun, the coolest 10 round tubes over, or whatever you can dream up.
